Cam Kahin

Cam Kahin is an alt-rock firestarter turning chaos into catharsis. Raised in tiny Dunnville, Ontario with no scene to claim him, he found purpose in hardcore basements and fuzzed-out guitars. After two break- through EPs earned him praise as one of Canada’s “fearless new rock voices,” he arrives with CHUG—his raw, unfiltered debut album out January 23rd, 2026 via Dine Alone Records. Reflecting on the focus single, Kahin says, “I wanted to make a song that captured the 2000’s pop punk sound that I grew up on. I was feeling particularly overwhelmed with new-found responsibilities and just getting older. I felt like these chords and this energy was the perfect backdrop to let out some of those frustrations.” Loud, vulnerable, and relentlessly human, Kahin’s music hits like truth shouted through distortion.
