Last Waltzon

Last Waltzon, an Art-Rock band born from Montreal’s DIY circuit, play live shows where the entire band feels like the front line. Echoing the urgency of both 80’s post-punk/new wave and neo-art rock, the band tosses between two distinct vocal styles. The music is sharp-edged, balancing chaos and clarity with fast-moving guitars and a propulsive rhythm section. Their first record “Wethouse” (self-released) came out in March 2025. The recordings channel the inner energy of “The Fall” and “Gun Club” and gained attention from SXSW, Iggy Pop, BBC Radio, and WNYU while charting on college radio stations across the country.
