mishi is an alt-rock artist from Scarborough who loves making songs for anyone who yearns to curate their MySpace Top 8 and upload digicam pics from lunch-time on the playground. With the help of her first collaborators, Jaiden Davis-Jones and Matthew Tomasi, her sound has been shaped into something gritty, emotional, and rooted in the charm of GarageBand bedroom demos. Imagine a very sad mouse rented a distortion pedal and learned power chords, the result: mishi. She performs with a live band made up of her closest friends (Taeo, Alex Eling and Vinson Tran), bringing a silly and inviting energy to every show.
