Weekend Goodbye

Weekend Goodbye isn’t punk. They’re not indie. They’re not anything, and they don’t care what you call them. The Toronto four-piece makes loud, emotionally reckless rock music with brutal clarity, sticky hooks, and lyrics that feel like a bathroom-mirror confession after last call. Their 2024 EP Baby Teeth sparked a rapid ascent. That momentum carried into opening slots for The Frights and Remo Drive, the release of the snarling “Cash”, plus the anthemic “Toronto” on Paper Bag Records’ Watering Hole compilation LP, and coverage from Exclaim!, V13, and Fusss. Weekend Goodbye is confirmed as direct support for The Rural Alberta Advantage at Wintersong Festival, has earned radio airplay from Indie88, CHOM 97.7, Radio Sucesos in Spain, and college stations nationwide. They’ve even landed on official playlists for When We Were Young Fest and The Punk Rock Museum. Known for levelling rooms like Lee’s Palace, The Mod Club and The Great Hall, their live shows turn curious onlookers into lifers through sheer force of personality, adrenaline, and intent.
